My name is Jessica Crouse and I founded Crouse Consulting, LLC. to apply my expertise to help organizations, leaders, and teams maximize their success. With over a decade of management and leadership experience, I am well versed in matters pertaining to personnel management, employee and team development, program and project coordination, and more. My real-life experience is supplemented by a Master's in Public Administration and B.A. of Psychology from Arizona State University.

Additionally, I have extensive volunteer experience serving on local boards and commissions for public and non-profit entities.

I am based in Maui, Hawaii, and provide services across the State of Hawaii and U.S. Mainland.
